As we approach the end of another successful year for the HMK Team, we want to take a moment to reflect on the past 12 months and give thanks to all our customers, colleagues and partners for all your support in 2023.
We're pleased to see that the supply chain disruptions that have been posing a challenge across our industry have finally eased, with delivery times steadily returning to 'almost' normal, meaning we're now in the strongest position to meet the requirements and expectations of our customers.
As you'll know, we work with some of the world's leading technology partners who represent quality engineering, reliability and performance. The demand for those products, along with our unrivalled engineering expertise, is higher than ever before, leading to increased customer engagement this year, as well as the return of some familiar faces.
Here at HMK, we know our workforce and their skills and expertise is our biggest strength, and we're passionate about investing in our people and resources to better serve our customers' needs. We've expanded our Sales Team this year, welcoming two new Field Application Sales professionals, thus enhancing our ability to provide personalised support, ensuring that you, our valued customers, receive the highest level of service and expertise.
This year, we've also taken significant strides in nurturing the next generation of industry leaders by welcoming three talented apprentices into our organisation, specialising in Engineering, Business and Marketing. They're a real asset to the HMK Team, reflecting our dedication to developing a diverse range of skills across our workforce and we look forward to continuing to support their development and watching them grow and flourish.
Looking ahead to the future, we are excited to announce our plans to deploy a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in early 2024. This investment is a testament to our commitment to continuously improve and streamline our interactions with you. The new CRM will enable us to better understand your unique requirements, resulting in even more efficient and tailored solutions.
Our long-established mantra of Products + Expertise = Success remains at the heart of our business and we look forward to delivering success for our customers into 2024 and beyond.
