New Neugart PLV –  Deep Spigot available from HMK

When designing planetary gearboxes within production machines, there is often the requirement to mount the gearbox through side plates. In these situations there is a preference to get the bearings close to the pulley / gear and also to gain full use of the shaft length.

This can be facilitated by having a deep spigot on the gear head. The NEW Neugart PLV range provides the performance of the PLS gearbox range with the flexibility of this mounting. In addition, Neugart have designed this range to be flange compatible with other manufacturers such as Alpha and ZF, allowing users of these products to trade up to the superior performance of the Neugart product without the need for machine re-design.
