Discover the Neugart product range at their new training webinar series

Neugart – the world leader for precision planetary gearboxes, is launching a new series of training webinars.

HMK has worked with the leading German manufacturer for more than 30 years and we know their gearboxes are the best on the market, representing some of the greatest engineering and technology in industrial automation.

Now our customers can discover more about Neugart’s free-to-use NCP and TDF tools in this series of free, training webinars, which are delivered in English, and designed for both engineers and technicians who are new to Neugart and those with experience of their products and software.

NCP (Neugart Calculation Program) is Neugart’s calculating software. It provides the foundation for designing the planetary gearbox for a complete drivetrain. In just a few minutes, you can configure the appropriate combination of motor and gearbox based on the entered application data, ensuring your application becomes cost and energy efficient.

TDF (Tec Data Finder) configures the suitable combination of gearbox and motor quickly and easily. You can decide whether you want to start the configuration with the gearbox or the motor. Simply select the appropriate motor from Neugart’s extensive motor database or enter the motor data by hand. The TDF will check the compatibility of the gearbox and motor for you.

Both NCP and TDF are free-to-use tools. TDF is a web tool, while NCP is a download with Neugart registration required.

The four-part webinar series starts in March and will be delivered over the course of a week, and includes the following topics:

• Entry level training products and NCP
• NCP: Application training
• NCP: Optimizing the application
• Tec Data Finder

The webinars will be repeated during April and May/June so there’s plenty of opportunities to get involved.
