Following its recent European launch, don't miss your chance to see the complete CoPal (Cobot Palletiser) in action at Robotics & Automation on October 29th and 30th at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry. The new CoPal allows the end user to purchase a completely integrated solution centred around the TM12 Cobot to populate any standard pallet. The solution will accommodate two pallets and allow the user to configure the carton lay patterns with layer variations. The TM Palletising Operator features a lifting column enabling stack heights of up to 1900mm and a payload of 10Kg, as well as dedicated inputs for safety scanners and cell level safety functions to PL=d.
With an expanding range of TM Plug&Play Partners, HMK will demonstrate a range of grippers and force sensors from partners including RobotiQ, OnRobot, ATI and Zimmer. TM Plug&Play allows devices from third party manufacturers to operate directly in the TM Flow software environment which dramatically reduces integration time into applications. New products to be featured include the 2nd generation RG2 gripper from OnRobot incorporating quick changer, the AirPick from Robotiq and the HRC collaborative gripper from Zimmer.
HMK Robotics will also demonstrate the Techman range of Cobots featuring integrated vision and safety features. As the official UK distributor of Techman Robot, HMK will demonstrate the Techman range in a variety of applications including palletising and 3D bin picking. The Techman robot range is now available with a maximum payload from 4Kg to 14kg and maximum reach from 700mm to 1300mm. All robots are available as an M variant offering the ability to operate on either a 24v or 48v dc supply, thus making them ideal for mounting upon the growing range of AIVs (Automated Intelligent Vehicle). An X variant is also available which does not feature the integrated camera, perfect for applications with limited space requirements.
