S+L Individuell Pinions

Hardened and ground for rework

The S+L Individuell pinions are with hardened and ground teeth. Unlike the famous 24 series pinions they can be individually reworked in the keyway, bore and hub.

As versatile gears with precise and quiet operation, they are compatible with most pinions in our 24 series and can be used in combination with a shrink disc, for all standard types of gearboxes.

• Material 16MnCr5, 1.7131
• Carburized, teeth induction hardened: 60HRC
• Gearing grade: 6e25
• Teeth grounded
• Straight and helical tooth, left-hand 19°31'42"
• Module 2-6 straight tooth, 2-8 helical tooth
